New Competition! How Does Supreme Make You Feel?

Let us know how our new, thinnest ever condom makes you feel and win a prize!

Since launch, our latest and greatest condom has been making waves across the country. It sold out in less than 24 hours but is now back in stock and has been garnering rave reviews.

It’s our thinnest condom ever and is the culmination of years of research into providing a supreme skin-on-skin feeling and the ultimate comfort. Now we want to hear from you. It’s time to get creative on TikTok and let us know how Supreme Feel makes you feel.

How To Enter

First, you’ll need a TikTok account, then you’ll need to create a video where you use imagery, sounds, and/or videos to show us how Supreme Feel makes you feel. You might feel hot and heated like a tropical storm, intimate like a shared tent, or alive like a crashing wave… Use your imagination!

Oh, and make sure you use #SKYNSupremeFeel.

We’ll be picking our 10 favorites and sending the winning entries a goody bag full of SKYN treats.

Eligible Territory

Participants must be residents of the United States of America.

Competition period

From 24 October 2024 to 30 November 2024.
No entries will be accepted outside this time. The time of entry will be deemed to be the time the entry is received by The Organizer.

Eligible entrants

Entry to the Competition is open to residents in the USA who fulfil the method of participation and are 18 years of age or older.  Participants must be able to give valid proof of their residential address in the Territory.

Method of participation

How To Enter

First, you’ll need a TikTok account, then you’ll need to create a video where you use imagery, sounds, and/or videos to show us how Supreme Feel makes you feel. You might feel hot and heated like a tropical storm, intimate like a shared tent, or alive like a crashing wave… Use your imagination!

Participants must post on their TikTok account a video following the guidelines/ instructions/ criteria below:

  • The video must show how Supreme Feel makes them feel.
  • Add the hashtag #SKYNSupremeFeel this criterion will confirm the participant’s agreement with these competition terms and will allow the Organizer to include the entry to the Competition.
  • If any music is used in the video, it must be pulled from the TikTok Commercial Music Library only, and not the general music library.

The video must comply with the following guidelines:

  • The video must be the creation of the participant or, by default, a video that the participant has the express right from the author to use to participant it their own name.
  • Nothing supporting or praising terrorism, organized crimes or hate groups
  • Nothing discriminatory against any race, ethnicity, national origin, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religious affiliation, community, disabilities, or diseases
  • Nothing explicitly sexual, no graphic images of nudity
  • Nothing explicitly religious
  • Nothing explicitly political
  • No display of other brands
  • No display or use of any copyrighted content without the relevant authorization

Maximum number of entries

Each person (identified with their TikTok account) can participate in the Competition without limitation of entries.

Details of winners and prizes

The 10 participants who upload the most creative video will each win a selection of SKYN products and goodies of a value equal to approximately $50. Details will be communicated to the winners.

Notification of winners

Winners will be notified via a private message to their TikTok accounts 2 weeks after the end of the competition.

Personal data processing

By submitting their entry to this Competition, participants agree that their personal data may be processed by the Organizer and/or third parties as outlined in the terms and conditions below and in the Organizer’s Privacy Policy.

The following personal data of the participants and/or winners may be processed: name, address, email address.

Governing laws and jurisdiction

The Competition and these T&C will be governed by the law of the State of New York. Participants accept the non-exclusive jurisdiction of courts and tribunals of that territory in connection with disputes concerning the Competition.

 

Terms & Conditions

The Competition details on how to participate and win this Competition form an integral part of these terms & conditions (T&C). This Competition is organized by a company of the LifeStyles group (the Organizer detailed in the Competition details). Participation in this Competition is deemed acceptance of these T&C.

  • Participants and access to the Competition

    1. Directors, officers, management, employees, suppliers (including prize suppliers) and contractors (and the immediate families of directors, officers, management, employees, suppliers and contractors) of the Organizer and of its related bodies corporate, and of the agencies and companies associated with this Competition are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
    2. The entrants must follow the Method of participation during the Competition Period to enter the Competition. Failure to do so will result in an invalid entry. The Organizer may not accept a participation that is deemed invalid for any reason (including not complying with the Competition details).
    3. The Organizer accepts no responsibility for any late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted, illegible or misdirected participations, or otherwise including those not received by the Organizer for any reason. The Organizer is not liable for any consequences of user error including without limitation any costs incurred.
  • Prizes and disclaimers

    1. There will be no cash prizes. Prizes cannot be exchanged for any cash or cash-equivalent from the Organizer.
    2. The Organizer is not liable for any prize which does not reach the winner(s) because of the regulations’ or legislations’ limitations of sales of the Organizer’s products in the place the winner(s) resides. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the prize to be in compliance with the applicable laws.
    3. The Organizer is not liable to compensate or replace any prize that the winner may not like.
    4. The participant shall not raise any concerns with respect to the prize being against morality and they are aware that the prize may contain contents which are meant for adults only.
    5. Participants are advised that tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of their prize(s). The Organizer accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from accepting a prize. Participants are responsible for any and all expenses that they incur in entering the Competition and they will not be reimbursed regardless of whether or not they win the Competition.
    6. The Organizer reserves the right to moderate and remove from the Competition a participation in breach of the Competition details and/or these T&C, including without limitation if there is an inappropriate display of other brands.
  • Award of the winners

    1. The prize(s) will be awarded to the winners whose photo received the highest number of votes from website users. In the event of an invalid participation or an ineligible participant, or if the participant is ineligible to accept the prize, the prize will be awarded to the next participant who will be identify as a winner.
    2. Notification to winners will be deemed to have occurred on the later of the time the winner receives actual notification from the Organizer. The notification will include details about how the prize(s) can be claimed and/or received.
    3. The Organizer takes no responsibility where it is unable to contact prize winners who have not provided correct or complete contact details. If a participant’s contact details change during the Competition period, it is the participant’s responsibility to notify the Organizer. A request to modify any entry information should be directed to the Organizer.
    4. It is a condition of accepting any prize that the winner must comply with all conditions of use of the prize. No compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated. In particular, the Organizer reminds participants that no method of contraception can ever be 100% effective against risk of pregnancy, HIV/AIDS and sexually transmitted infections. However, when used correctly, condoms offer the best protection against STIs and are 98% effective at preventing pregnancy. Choosing the correct fit of condom and using SKYN lubricant can further reduce the likelihood of breakage.
  • Warranties and liabilities

    1. To the greatest extent permitted by law, the Organizer excludes all warranties, representations or guarantees (Warranties) regarding the Competition and any prizes, including any Warranties which may have been made in the course of advertising or promoting the Competition. The conduct of the Competition or the supply of prizes may involve third parties, and The Organizer makes no Warranties and disclaims all liability in connection with any such third parties, their acts or omissions.
    2. By entering the Competition, a participant releases and indemnifies the Organizer and its related bodies corporate (including the officers, employees and agents of each) from and against all actions, penalties, liabilities, claims or demands the entrant may have against the Organizer or that the Organizer may incur for any loss or damage which is or may be suffered or sustained as a direct or indirect result of the participation in the Competition or winning or failing to win a prize, or using or permitting any other person to use the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law or which would cause any part of this clause to be void or unenforceable.
    3. If, despite the foregoing clauses, the Organizer incurs a liability to a participant under any law which implies a Warranty into these T&C which cannot legally be excluded, the Organizer’s liability in respect of the Competition is limited, at the Organizer’s discretion, to either resupplying such goods or services as form part of the Competition, or paying the cost of resupplying those goods or services.
    4. Without limiting any of the foregoing, in no circumstances will a participant or the Organizer have any liability to the other for any loss or damage suffered which is indirect or consequential in nature, including without limitation any loss of profit, loss of reputation, loss of goodwill, or loss of business opportunity.
    5. The Organizer and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any delay, damage, or loss in transit of prizes.
    6. The Organizer may in its absolute discretion not accept a particular entry, may disqualify an entry, or cancel the entire Competition at any time without giving reasons and without liability to any participants, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. Without limiting this, the Organizer reserves the right to verify the validity of participations, prize claims and participant and to disqualify any participant or prize claim that is misleading or not in accordance with these T&C or who manipulates or tampers with the Competition process. In the event that a winner breaches these T&C, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered. Verification is at the discretion of the Organizer, whose decision is final. Failure by the Organizer to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
    7. In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Organizer’s ability (or that of a third party involved with the Competition) to proceed with the Competition on the dates and in the manner described in these T&C, including but not limited to vandalism, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Organizer’ obligations in respect of the Competition will be suspended for the duration of the event and, in addition, the Organizer may in its absolute discretion cancel the Competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions, subject to approval of the relevant authorities.
    8. Participations must comply with TikTok’s Community Guidelines.
  • General

    1. Participants consent to the Organizer processing the personal information provided in connection with this Competition for the purposes of facilitating the conduct of the Competition and awarding any prizes, including sharing their personal information with third parties involved in the Competition and any relevant authorities. In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Organizer's Privacy Policy, the Organizer and third parties may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the private information for marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the participant. Participants have the right to opt out at any time by removing themselves from the distribution list of the communication, or by contacting the Organizer directly at privacy@lifestyles.com.
    2. Reproduction or use of any elements of this Competition without The Organizer’ express written consent is strictly forbidden.
    3. Facebook, Instagram, or YouTube may be used to advertise or promote the Competition. By entering the Competition, participants agree that the Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or YouTube, and to release Facebook, Instagram, or YouTube from all liability in relation to this Competition. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Competition should be directed to The Organizer and not Facebook, Instagram, or YouTube.
